• Let the Laughter Begin - In this workshop we discover the power of humor and laughter to improve human health and well being. Because of the workshop format we are able to practise simple and effective strategies which allow us to use humor effectively at home, at work and at play.

• Dealing with Difficult People - An in-depth look at how humor and laughter can be used to solve peopleproblems in the workplace. This workshop is based on my belief that most workplace problems are people problems. Solve people problems and morale, productivity and employee health improve.

• Mining the Moment - An enjoyable exploration of the humor in our lives which we we tend to overlook and ignore. We will discover and practise the art of Laughology which involves searching for, finding  and celebrating the humor around us.

• What's Your Carrot? - An examination of how humor, laughter, appreciation and praise combine to motivate employees. Based on my belief that an organization's most valuable inventory is its people not its products.

• Leadership and Laughter - A fun, insightful workshop, for leaders, rooted in the belief that leaders without a sense of humor are like grass cutters at a cemetery: they have a lot of people under them paying absolutely no attention.
  

Topics can be blended. Time varies from 45 minutes to a full day workshop.
